Compassion Journalling is a four-week small-group course built around creative and reflective writing practices. It’s not about fixing yourself or performing self-care. It’s about developing a genuine relationship with your own compassionate voice – one that can meet your struggles with curiosity and care rather than judgment.

Join me for an informal live session on Monday 12th May at 7pm BST where I’ll walk you through the course and answer any questions you have. No preparation needed – come as you are.
