Something you return to through reflection or re-reading, or just what feels right in this moment. It doesn't have to be highbrow – a children's book, pop lyrics, a thriller extract, all perfect. Just something you really enjoy.
If you can have the original words to hand, that's useful. But don't worry if you don't – a rough memory or a feeling will do.
