There’s something important in the question of why kindness can feel easier to offer outward than inward.

This course seems to approach self-compassion not as sentimental positivity, but as a skill that has to be built through attention, language, and repeated practice.

I especially like the idea of developing a compassionate voice that genuinely becomes your own...

Very true, Adrien, thank you for reflecting that back. No sentimental positivity and generic wish fulfilment! Genuine compassion is built the same way we build our muscles in a gym – through targeted, regular practice. Our compassionate voice and self-trust strengthen as our self-talk and values align.
